HIIT Training for Beginners Workout #3

This beginner’s workout is easy for anyone to do, but also challenging. If you are looking for a good workout, grab your dumbbells and join the fun. The most important thing to remember is to listen to your body. Only you know what your body can handle.

This workout is broken down into three parts: warm-up, workout, and cool down. No fear! Let’s GET PLUGGED IN!!!

Warm-Up

Warm-up is very important. It helps you make sure your body is prepared for the work ahead. By increasing the warmth in the body, range of motion in the limbs and joints, and heart rate, you decrease the possibilities of joint and heart-related injuries.

Workout

Round 1: 30 Second Rounds – 10 Second Rest – 3 Exercises

  • Shoulder Press
  • Squats
  • Squat Press
  • 2 Rounds

Round : 30 Second Rounds – 10 Second Rest – 1 Exercise

  • Lunge Static Hold + Row Palms Facing Up/Right Leg First
  • 2 Rounds

Finisher: 5 Rounds 2 Exercise 5X

  • Deadlift and Row

Cool Down
